Ingredients:

  • Shortcrust pastry
  • 250 g of Ricotta
  • 125 g of plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 6 6 tablespoons of strawberry jam
  • 500 g of strawberries
  • Half a small plastic bag of jelly
  • 125 ml of water
